Provide effective and effective HR service delivery to colleagues and the business, with expertise in Background Verification (BGV), Offer Management, and Employee Life Cycle processes.



Maintain accurate HR systems data and produce management information to support organization design, HR decision-making, and service delivery. Contribute to progressive HR initiatives within Sanofi India, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities:
- BGV & Offer Management: Manage the end-to-end background verification and offer management process, including coordinating with candidates and internal teams to collect, validate, and process all mandatory pre-employment documents in Workday. Ensure timely completion of background checks and pre-employment verifications while maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the verification period. Validate all required hire documentation and apply necessary background and organizational checks to confirm hiring eligibility. Support the contract execution process and coordinate with recruitment partners to ensure all employment details are accurately documented
