What You'll Do

Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and business planning

What We're Looking For

8–10 years of sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong team management and people development skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
