Full Stack Developer
to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern technologies. You will work on enterprise software, fintech solutions, and custom business applications that serve clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using
Laravel (PHP)
.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using
Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
.
- Design and optimize databases using
MariaDB/MySQL
.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing product enhancements.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Laravel
and
PHP
.
- Experience with
Next.js
,
React.js
, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of
MariaDB/MySQL
database design and optimization.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and contemporary development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Flutter or mobile application development.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Nginx/Apache, and cloud hosting.
- Knowledge of Redis, queues, caching, and performance optimization.
- Experience working on ERP, FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise Software projects.
