About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring timely month-end closures, maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling statutory compliances, and delivering insightful financial reports. This role requires robust analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and oversee books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, including reconciliations and payment collections.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer,



and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and tax filings.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accountin
