Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and AI-savvy Social Media Manager Intern who can independently manage the complete social media content lifecycle—from brainstorming ideas and planning content to recording, editing, publishing, and analyzing performance.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
- Research trending topics, industry updates, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
- Plan content aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Suggest cutting-edge campaigns and content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Revise and optimize content strategies based on analytics and audience response.

Content Production
- Plan and coordinate complete video shoots.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and content planning.




- Manage the entire workflow from concept to final publication.
- Coordinate recording schedules and ensure high-quality content production.

Video Editing
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Create subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Optimize content according to platform-specific best practices.
- Deliver polished, professional-quality videos within deadlines.

Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.

Performance Analysis
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
