Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve plant performance and production capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, HR, Contractor Management, Admin related activities, basic plant accounting and industrial regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgeting, manufacturing plant costs, and resources.
- Coordinate with department heads to align plant operations with company goals.
- Provide MIS to higher management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor plant staff to foster a positive and productive work setting.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to secure materials and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 10+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
