Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for athletes and partners, handling inquiries, and managing day-to-day client communication. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, supporting contract and finance-related queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The position also requires maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with internal teams to deliver services,



and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. The individual will be expected to work closely with management to support long-term athlete relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

Sound Knowledge in football and keen intrest preferred

Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service.

Excellent Communication abilities and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.

Basic understanding of Finance, with the ability to support finance-related client queries.

Ability to build trust, manage relationships, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Proficiency with standard office software and digital communication tools.

Prior experience in sports management, consulting, or a client-focused role is an advantage.
