Role Description
The Director at The Thrive Consult will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for key client accounts, overseeing talent acquisition projects from discovery to successful placement. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves managing client relationships, guiding consulting teams, and ensuring that recruitment solutions align with client business objectives and culture.

The Director will design and refine processes, review candidate pipelines, conduct senior-level candidate evaluations, and provide insights on market trends.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, presenting progress reports to clients, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment,



talent acquisition, or HR consulting, with a track record of leading complex hiring projects.
- Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills in a professional services or consulting workplace.
- Experience in designing and implementing structured hiring processes that balance skills assessment and cultural alignment.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with senior decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data and advise clients on talent strategies.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
