Role Description
The AI Software Developer role at IndusGPT is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. In this role, the developer designs, implements, and optimizes AI-driven software solutions that power IndusGPT’s core products, including chat assistance, content generation, and coding support tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating machine learning models, working with neural networks and NLP components, building scalable backend services, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-centric features. The developer will also participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment processes, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across AI applications. The role involves staying current with AI research and industry best practices to continuously improve the platform.
