Role Description
The Salesforce QA Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include designing, writing, and executing test cases for Salesforce features, performing manual testing of configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations,



and validating fixes across sandbox and production environments. The role involves collaborating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify defects, and refine user stories, as well as documenting test results, creating clear defect reports, and tracking issues through resolution. The Salesforce QA Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, maintain test documentation, and help establish best practices for Salesforce quality assurance and software testing.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance skills, including experience with Salesforce-focused QA processes and standards.
- Candidates should possess Test Execution skills, including planning, running, and reporting on test cycles for Salesforce features and releases.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing skills, including hands-on validation of Salesforce configuration
