Role Description
HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Associate Test Engineers with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing talent network. This is a full time opportunity where selected candidates will be deployed on client projects based on their skills, experience, and business requirements.
As an Associate Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating software applications through both manual and automation testing. You will participate in test planning, test case design, test execution, defect reporting, regression testing, and automation scripting while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with development, business,
and QA teams to identify issues, improve product quality, and contribute to continuous testing practices.
Qualifications
• Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and reporting defects using defect tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Knowledge of API Testing using Postman or REST Assured is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL for database validation and testing.
