Role & responsibilities

* Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

* Drive order fulfillment efficiency for Food category (FMCG, Staples, Fresh) ensuring high pick rate and on-time dispatch

* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.

* Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve individual and collective goals.

* Ensure quality, hygiene, and freshness standards, especially for perishable food items

* Monitor and reduce shrinkage, damages, and expiry losses

* Track KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

* 2-5 years' experience in retail or related field (FMCG industry preferred).

* Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and leadership principles.

* Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.

* Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a senior executive team.
