Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and partner organizations within the assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting laboratory services and solutions, and negotiating and closing sales opportunities. The role involves managing existing accounts,



providing consistent follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery. The Territory Sales Manager will also conduct product and service trainings for clients, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate recent business, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed territory targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively educate clients and internal teams on laboratory services, processes, and offerings.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales is highly beneficial.
