Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various job roles. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals is an advantage.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience:
- 0–2 years

Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and company)

Work Location:
- Coimbatore (or as per company requirement)
