Role Description
The Service Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and calibrate ultrasonic and related industrial machinery at customer locations, ensuring proper setup and safe operation. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues,



performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical support and training to operators and end users. The role involves field visits, documentation of service activities, coordination with the engineering and production teams for technical escalations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer will also support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues, suggesting design or process enhancements, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure high service satisfaction.
