Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Tirur. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers on the shop floor, understand their needs, provide product information, and support them in making purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized, monitoring inventory levels,



and coordinating with the store team to replenish items. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling basic customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting current offers and recent products. The Salesperson will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, maintain store cleanliness standards, and uphold Nesto Group’s commitment to friendly, efficient customer service.

Qualifications
- Customer service and sales abilities, including strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build positive rapport with diverse shoppers.
- Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, with attention to detail in billing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to clearly explain product features, pricing, and offers.
