Role Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the textile industry. This full-time, in office role based in New Delhi involves prospecting and engaging potential clients,



conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met. The Business Development Manager will maintain regular client communication, track performance metrics, and contribute to pricing strategies and business development plans to support revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management skills, preferably within textiles, apparel, or related industries.
- Ability to perform market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.
- Proficiency in negotiation, proposal development, and presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions.
