ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to bridge design intent and on-ground execution across our residential, villa, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, prepare accurate BOQs, conduct regular site visits, and bring innovative design and problem-solving ideas to hill-site and sloped-terrain development — while ensuring construction stays true to approved designs, codes, and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & drawings:

Review, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural,



and MEP drawings; convert design concepts into accurate working and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

BOQ preparation:

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for architectural and civil works, ensuring accurate quantity take-offs aligned with drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

Site visits & supervision:

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards; resolve on-site design and technical queries promptly.

Consultant coordination:

Liaise with external architects, structural and MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless handoff from design to execution.

Approvals & compliance:

Support preparation and submission of building plans, layouts, and drawings for statutory approvals (TCP, Municipal Corporation, RERA); ensure compliance with building
