Role Description
The Technical Product Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves providing technical and product-related support to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to web solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, guiding clients through solutions, documenting reported issues, and escalating complex cases to development teams when needed. The specialist will collaborate closely with product, development,



and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of problems and a positive client experience. The role also includes maintaining support documentation, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance product stability and usability.

Qualifications
- Strong Product Support skills, with the ability to understand web-based products and assist clients in using them effectively.
- Solid Customer Support capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a service-focused approach.
- Technical Support experience, with familiarity in web technologies, hosting environments, and common technical issues.
- Proficient Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
