Role Description
The Store Manager – Gambol Sports (Science City, Ahmedabad) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Store Manager leads and mentors the store team, manages staffing and scheduling, and ensures that customer service standards are consistently met.



This role includes monitoring inventory levels, managing merchandising, and maintaining store presentation in line with Gambol’s brand guidelines. The Store Manager is also accountable for sales performance, basic reporting, and implementing retail loss prevention practices to safeguard assets. Collaboration with the head office and cross-functional teams is required to support promotions, product launches, and community-focused initiatives.
