- Lead and manage the Process Engineering team across all manufacturing operations.
- Develop departmental objectives aligned with business and operational goals.
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, productivity, quality, and cost.
- Conduct process capability studies and identify opportunities for debottlenecking.
- Lead initiatives to improve cycle times, solvent recovery, energy efficiency, and raw material utilization.
- Robust knowledge in product capacity enhancement.
- Initiation of cost leadership program
- Initiation of Effluent reduction, energy & Water Management projects.
- Ensure Efficiency of the equipments in ZLD plant like Bio-ETP & MEE & ATFD ZLD (Zero Liquid discharge).
- Implementation of advanced filtration technology
- Implementation of good technology to achieve the customer desired particle size(PSD) during crystallization.
- Involvement and conducting the Hazop study and PHA
- Lead technology transfer activities from R&D; or external development sites to commercial manufacturing.
- Review process packages,

- Co-ordinate pilot and commercial validation batches.
- Ensure successful scale-up while maintaining product quality and process robustness.
- Support preparation and execution of Process Validation protocols & participate in Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) activities.
- Review validation reports and recommend process improvements & ensure compliance with current regulatory expectations.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to Production & troubleshoot process deviations and recurring manufacturing issues.
- Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies & recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Identify cost reduction projects without compromising quality or compliance.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), process reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
