Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive who can convert business data into actionable insights. The candidate will manage dashboards, sales reports, inventory reports, marketing analytics, and operational MIS to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.

* Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheets dashboards.

* Analyze sales performance by SKU, category, platform and channel.

* Track inventory, stock ageing, fast-moving & slow-moving products.

* Generate reports for website, marketplaces and offline sales.

* Monitor return %, exchange %, cancellation % and COD performance.

* Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams.

* Prepare management reports for founders.

* Identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities using data.

* Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel/Google Sheets.





* Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards)

* Google Sheets

* Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)

* Basic SQL (Preferred)

* Power BI / Looker Studio (Preferred)

* Solid analytical and logical thinking

* Excellent attention to detail
