What You'll D

oAs part of the Growth & Partnerships team, you will

:✅ Develop partnerships with schools, educational institutions, sports facilities, and cricket academies

.✅ Build solid relationships with principals, sports heads, coaches, academy owners, tournament organisers, and cricket stakeholders

.✅ Drive player enrolments through school outreach, cricket networks, community engagement, trials, camps, and events

.✅ Plan and execute cricket tournaments, talent scouting programs, coaching clinics, exposure tours, and academy activations

.✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads

.✅ Coordinate with academy coaches and management to ensure exceptional player and parent experience
