Role Summary:
To support customer relationship management by maintaining customer data, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting in lead tracking and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM data.
- Support lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Coordinate with BD, Sales, and Project teams.
- Maintain CRM reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Track customer inquiries and project status updates.
- Support proposal, quotation, and client documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager/Management.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of any CRM software (Preferred).
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic documentation and coordination skills.
Eligibility:
- Min Graduation: BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, etc. (Completed or Pursuing)
Stipend: As per company policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
