International Aerospace Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd (IAMPL) is a 50/50 joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), established in 2010 to manufacture high-precision aero engine compressor and gas turbine parts. Over time, IAMPL has become a fully accredited benchmark facility within the global aero engine supply chain, supplying around 200 different components for advanced civil aero engine programs across Europe, Asia, and North America. The purpose-built facility in Bangalore uses modern machine tools, CMMs, metal spray booths, and NDT lines to complete core manufacturing processes in-house, supporting competitive lead times. IAMPL follows global quality standards and uses advanced digital production systems and manufacturing techniques to deliver a broad spectrum of aero engine components efficiently. The company operates from a 50,000 ft² AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 accredited facility with room for future expansion.

Role Description
The Engineer role at IAMPL is a full-time, in office position based in Hosur.



The Engineer will support day-to-day manufacturing activities for aero engine components, including process planning, production monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are met. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with cross-functional teams on process improvements, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and internal procedures. The Engineer will participate in root cause analysis for production issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost, and quality. The role also involves documenting processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders when required.
