While general-purpose AI systems are designed to respond to questions, Mandana is designed to help people think through complex problems and decisions. It surfaces underlying questions, examines assumptions, explores competing perspectives, identifies trade-offs and uncertainty, and helps users arrive at more considered conclusions.

Our vision is straightforward: AI shouldn’t replace thinking. It should help us think better.

We’re currently at an early and exciting stage of building the product, brand, and go-to-market motion around this vision.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office (0→1) to work directly with the Founder and help turn company vision into execution.

The Founder will remain deeply focused on product, vision, and the core Mandana experience.



You’ll take ownership of driving execution across the broader organization and ensuring the company’s most important priorities move forward.

This is not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff position. It’s a highly entrepreneurial, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys building from zero, solving ambiguous problems, and operating across multiple functions.

Depending on the company’s priorities, you may:

Translate founder priorities into clear plans and drive them to completion.

Coordinate go-to-market, marketing, launch, and growth initiatives.

Drive strategic projects from idea to execution.

Help identify, evaluate, and coordinate agencies, freelancers, vendors, and early team members.

Support hiring and help build the early organization.

Explore and develop strategic partnerships.

Conduct market, customer, and competitive research.

Establish lightweight operating processes and ensure accountability across initiatives.
