Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and ensure timely book closure.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, and basic balance sheet reports.
- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and branch / project-level profitability.
- Notices and Department compliances
- Income Tax Filing and return
- GST Filings and returns
- TDS Management
- Communicate with CA and keep up accounting as senior.

GST & Indirect Tax Compliance

· Prepare and file TDS ((monthly/quarterly)
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B (monthly/quarterly).
- Reconcile GSTR-3B
- Issue Credit Notes as per GST regulations.
- Handle annual GST returns (GSTR-9 & 9C) and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure timely GST payments, interest, and penalties, if any.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Handle ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, and other routine compliances).

Treasury & Compliance
- Manage working capital, bank coordination, and cash flow planning.




- Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.

Management Support
- Provide basic financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Stay updated with changes in GST and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.

Experience & Skills
- 2–7 years of experience in Accounts, GST, or Finance.
- Income Tax Filing and return Filing skills akey.
- Strong hands-on experience in GST filings and compliance.
- Working knowledge of accounting, taxation, and audits.
- Experience with Tally / ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and compliance-focused.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
