Role Description
The Inside Sales Counselor – B2C is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their educational and career goals, and recommending suitable online programs offered through UNext’s partner universities. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads,
conducting needs-based counseling, and guiding learners through the enrollment process. The counselor will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, meet or exceed individual sales targets, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates, resolve learner queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
