Position: B2B Sales Manager – Solar Modules & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Job Summary

Sunora Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive sales of Solar PV Modules and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Utility, EPC, OEM, and Distribution segments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Solar PV Modules and BESS solutions.

Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers, including EPC companies, project developers, OEMs, distributors, industrial clients, commercial establishments, and government organizations.





Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts and channel partners.

Generate business opportunities through direct sales, tenders, referrals, networking, and industry events.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with technical, engineering, supply chain, and project teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in solar and energy storage.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

Ensure timely payment collection and provide excellent after-sales support.

Represent Sunora Solar at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
