Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Madurai. The Content Strategist will plan, develop, and manage content across websites, applications, and digital platforms to support client and internal business goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, defining content goals, creating content roadmaps, and coordinating with design,



development, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience. The role involves overseeing content production, reviewing and refining web copy, optimizing content for usability and search, and maintaining content governance standards. The Content Strategist will also track performance metrics, recommend improvements, and contribute to presentations and proposals for recent and existing clients.

Qualifications
- Ability to design and oversee content strategy, including planning, goal-setting, and alignment with business objectives (Content Strategy).
- Proficiency in managing content workflows, maintaining content inventories, and ensuring consistency across platforms (Content Management).
