Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Public Relations will support the development and execution of PR

strategies to enhance brand visibility, strengthen media relationships, and maintain

Quintessentially’s positioning within the luxury ecosystem. The role requires robust media

networking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on execution capability.

Role - Onsite

Location - Huda Centre, Gurgaon

Salary - Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the overall PR and media strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and media houses

across luxury and lifestyle segments.

• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, articles, and other PR communication

materials.

• Pitch stories, features, and brand initiatives to relevant media publications.

• Coordinate media interviews, brand coverage opportunities, and press interactions.

• Track, monitor, and report media coverage and competitor activity.

• Support planning and execution of media events,



partner events, and brand activations.

• Assist in managing member engagement communication from a PR perspective

(newsletters, event announcements, thematic communications).

• Identify potential brand collaborations and partnership opportunities within the luxury

space.

• Maintain a strong network within luxury lifestyle circles (fashion, hospitality, restaurants,

events, etc.).

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external communications.

• Support crisis communication initiatives as and when required.
