Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day caf operations.

* Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams.

* Prepare and serve specialty coffee during peak hours.

* Train and mentor baristas and service staff.

* Ensure consistency in coffee, food quality, and customer experience.

* Manage inventory, vendor orders, stock control, and wastage.

* Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

* Handle cash reconciliation, POS operations, and daily sales reports.

* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and drive repeat business.
