Role Description
The Business Head – Food Service Design is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and strategic direction of FSDI’s food service design practice. This position manages client relationships, leads proposal development,



and drives business growth through current project acquisition and long-term partnerships with hospitality and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising design and planning teams, reviewing facility layouts and technical specifications, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining quality standards across all deliverables. The role also involves collaborating closely with consultants and vendors, monitoring market trends in hospitality and food service, and identifying opportunities for innovation in design solutions. The Business Head will mentor team members, establish performance objectives, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and design methodologies.
