Position: Marketing & Events - Interns

Location: Greater Noida

Proactive and hands-on and able to run around and get things executed on ground.

Have basic design skills and be capable of creating designs under guidance.

Support the implementation of different marketing collaterals and branding deliverables.
- Brand Visibility
- Ensure consistent implementation of Clients brand identity across all facilities.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
- Internal Communication (Print - Design & Implementation)
- Design and deploy internal signage and communication materials.
- Support HR, ESG, EHS, and Plant teams with accurate and timely communication assets.
- Merchandise & Capex Inventory Management
- Manage and track merchandise and capex inventory.
- Ensure real-time availability of data for decision-making and reporting.
- Creative Bank Development & Maintenance
- Build and maintain a repository of creative assets (images, videos,



and designs).
- Ensure easy access and sharing of creatives across teams.
- Facility Visit Execution
- Support branding and communication deliverables during facility visits.
- Guarantee flawless execution with zero deviation from defined expectations.
- Event Execution
- Assist in planning and executing branding deliverables for events.
- Ensure all creative and operational elements are delivered on time and to standard.
- Adaptation of Master Creatives
- Customize and adapt master creative assets for different formats and platforms.
- Deliver adapted creatives within defined timelines.
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of services and materials.
- Ensure smooth processing of vendor payments in line with organizational timelines.
