Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Jamui. The Sales Officer will manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on cement and related products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, generating leads,



and converting prospects through effective product presentations and negotiations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, overseeing channel sales activities, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination. The Sales Officer will also handle customer queries, provide service support, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations skills, including territory management, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience, managing dealer and distributor networks and driving primary and secondary sales.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring post-sales support.
