Job Summary

JNSS Imports and Exports Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse & Export Operations Assistant to support our daily warehouse and export activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers via email, assisting with warehouse operations, and supporting export documentation and shipment preparation.

Training will be given to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and send professional emails.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, shipment updates, and general inquiries.
- Assist in packing products according to company standards.
- Prepare and palletize shipments for domestic and international dispatch.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
- Assist in preparing export shipments and ensuring products are ready for dispatch.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned..





Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (10th or 12th Pass)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to send professional emails to customers.
- Physically capable of lifting, packing, and palletizing products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or export experience is preferred but not mandatory.
