Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.




- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with solid communication skills may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
