Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects within Livnivasa’s portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and project managers,



and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring work progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting project timelines and budgets. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to optimizing construction methods, improving stormwater and drainage solutions, and supporting documentation and reporting for ongoing and completed projects.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
- Practical experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in Planning and project scheduling, with the ability to support timelines, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
