Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telle caller role based in Madhyamgram. The Telle caller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and basic service information. The role includes responding to queries about Nephrocare’s facilities, coordinating with front desk and clinical teams, and accurately recording caller details in systems or registers. The Telle caller will also remind patients about upcoming visits, share information on available services and promotions, and escalate clinical concerns to appropriate medical staff. Consistent, professional communication and a focus on patient comfort and clarity are essential in this position.
