Yukinova is a fast-growing Indian clean energy company manufacturing Solar Hybrid Inverters and Lithium Inverter Batteries. We are expanding our dealer network across Uttar Pradesh and are looking for a passionate, target-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, solar installers, electrical wholesalers, retailers and commercial customers daily.
- Conduct door-to-door business meetings across the assigned territory.
- Promote Yukinova Solar Hybrid Inverters and Lithium Inverter Batteries.
- Generate enquiries,
prepare quotations and close sales orders.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Collect competitor information and market intelligence.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.
Monthly KPIs
- Achieve set target units in monthly sales.
- Conduct at least certain target face-to-face customer meetings.
- Generate qualified enquiries.
- Submit quotations.
- Appoint recent active dealer counters every month.
- Maintain complete daily reporting and follow-up.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in solar, electrical products, batteries, UPS, inverters or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
