- Prepare detailed project estimates from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs for RCC, Mivan formwork, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost sheets.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Billing, and Site Engineers for cost validation.
- Maintain an updated database of material rates and market prices.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Prepare budget estimates and monitor estimated cost versus actual project cost.
- Support management with cost reports and project budgeting.
- Ensure estimation accuracy as per company standards and project specifications.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.




- Experience in Mivan construction estimation.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP quantities.
- Expertise in rate analysis and cost planning.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and GFC drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate or construction.
- Experience in residential high-rise projects is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project costing software is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
