We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate has experience building consumer brands, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, PR, and influencer channels.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
- Track and report on brand performance using relevant KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.




- Lead product launches and seasonal campaigns from concept to execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or PR roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital channels, and campaign management.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Tech, Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, content strategy, and brand partnerships.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
