Role Description
The Relationship Manager – Bajaj Life Insurance Direct Channel is a full-time,



on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves engaging directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable Bajaj Life products across term, ULIP, retirement, and other solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads from the direct channel, explaining policy features and benefits, providing clear guidance on application and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up to close sales. The Relationship Manager is expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and proposals, work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also includes meeting assigned sales and service targets, contributing to a customer-first experience, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings
