Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Solar EPC industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in servicing solar energy systems. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on solar installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in solar systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on solar system operation.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar or electrical industry.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar technology.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
