1. Position
Monk Yoga hereby engages the Instructor to provide Sudarshan Kriya Pranayam and Wellness Sessions to students, members, and clients of Monk Yoga on the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Scope of Services
The Instructor shall:
- Conduct Sudarshan Kriya Pranayam sessions as scheduled by Monk Yoga.
- Maintain a qualified, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Guide participants through breathing techniques, meditation, and wellness practices.
- Arrive punctually and be adequately prepared for all sessions.
- Adhere to the standards, values, and code of conduct of Monk Yoga.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding participants and organizational information.
3. Engagement Term
This engagement shall commence on 15 August 2026 and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with this agreement.
4. Compensation
- Instructor Fee: ₹_300-500per session/class.
- Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis or as mutually agreed.
- The Instructor shall be responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
5. Working Schedule
- Sessions shall be conducted according to the schedule agreed upon by Monk Yoga and the Instructor.
- Any changes to scheduled sessions must be communicated and approved in advance.
6. Professional Conduct
The Instructor agrees to:
- Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
- Treat all participants with respect and dignity.
- Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines established by Monk Yoga.
