Role Description
The Relationship Manager role at Acres Authority is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting meetings and site visits,



and guiding clients through the transaction process. The role involves regular communication via in-person meetings, phone, and email, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and seamless service. The Relationship Manager is also expected to identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and contribute to client retention and satisfaction through consistent, qualified engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
