Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for the hospital. This role involves managing social media channels, developing campaigns to increase brand awareness, and generating qualified leads for key service lines. The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze web and campaign performance using analytics tools,



prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to create relevant content, overseeing online reputation management, managing digital advertising budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience designing and managing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific strategies.
- Experience in Lead Generation through digital channels, such as search, social, and paid campaigns.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
