Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Student Counselor role based in North Delhi. The Student Counselor will guide prospective students in understanding overseas education options, admission requirements, and suitable courses and institutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending academic and career pathways, and explaining visa processes and documentation requirements.



The role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions, and following up with students and families throughout the application cycle. The Student Counselor will collaborate with colleagues and management to support marketing activities, information sessions, and workshops, while ensuring a professional, client-centric experience.

Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to help individuals select appropriate courses, institutions, and long-term pathways.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, explain processes clearly, and build trust with students and families.
- Understanding of Education systems and study visa procedures, preferably related to key destination countries.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage multiple cases, and follow structured processes and timelines.
