About Us
We are a D2C milk subscription business selling A2, Buffalo, and High-Protein milk SKUs, operating across 5 cities with its entire delivery operation run in-house - own manufacturing, no franchisees, and roughly 2,000 contractual delivery staff delivering each morning between 5 am and 7 am. The company has just raised funding and is targeting roughly INR 400-500 Cr in revenue over the next 4 years.

The Role
Our marketing organisation (18 people) splits into two branches under the CMO: Brand and Growth - the function this role leads. Today, growth and retention have no dedicated owner; the founder has been running performance marketing directly. This is a leadership hire, not a hands-on operator role: you'll set the growth and retention strategy and direct a team of three managers to execute it.

What You'll Own
- Set strategy and direction across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic), CRM/lifecycle and churn management, and trade marketing/BTL — directing the Growth & Retention Manager,



Performance Marketing Manager, and Trade Marketing Manager, who each own execution in their lane.
- Assess whether the existing team can execute at the scale required, and make the call on developing or rebuilding it.
- Use a dedicated Data Analyst (dashboarding, campaign performance, customer/market insights) to drive acquisition and retention decisions.
- Build the growth and retention playbook for a subscription, perishable, daily-delivery business.
- Report directly to the CMO on growth and retention performance.

What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience, with a track record of having led, not just contributed to a company through a real growth phase.
- Direct experience managing a multi-function marketing team, ideally spanning paid acquisition, CRM/retention, and trade marketing.
- Background in a subscription-led, perishable or fresh-product D2C business — companies like Country Delight or Sup
