Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new college partnerships, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and generating leads for upcoming events and collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on potential institutions and event opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals and pitches,



and maintaining regular communication with college administrations, student bodies, and sponsors. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts with event planning, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to optimize outreach strategies. The role also involves representing UNIBEATS at meetings and events, ensuring a professional and approachable presence that supports long-term partnerships.
